If you receive a paypal receipt then your order has been received by us and your Paypal receipt is your Blitzkrieg order conformation.

We operate on 1 to 2 week lead time on orders, so an order placed on the 1st of the month would be picked, cast and posted the following week (Bank Holidays please allow longer such as Easter or Xmas etc) . If your order was part of a offer the lead times are greatly increased and you should look on the Facebook Page for up to date information regarding offer details and delivery times.

We try to keep as many items in stock as we can however our miniatures are always in great demand and normally are cast to order which is a time-consuming process, moulds have to be renewed and resin takes time to set correctly. Resin models are not produced the same as Plastic Model kits.  Once these have been cast by hand there are then cleaned and packaged ready for sending.

Please be patient ! shipping or postage times vary depending on the type of carriage used and whereabouts in the world you are. Please note that all orders placed through the Blitzkrieg webstore are shipped from the UK. Standard shipping times:

• Shipping to the UK takes roughly 2-4 working days

• Shipping to Europe takes roughly 3-10 working days

• Shipping to rest of world takes roughly 10-15 working days

Orders sent with our standard shipping are not tracked and are handled by the Royal Mail. If your order hasn't arrived after this amount of time has passed, it is worth double-checking at the local Post Office in case the parcel is being held there. If you require quicker delivery times such as Priority shipping please get in contact with us prior to or just after placing an order with your requirements and we will see what we can offer. Typical Recorded delivery times are as follows again dependent upon the time of year:

• Shipping to the UK takes roughly 1-2 working days

• Shipping the Europe takes roughly 2-4 working days

• Shipping to rest of world takes roughly 2-5 working days

Orders sent with priority shipping are fully tracked so we can provide a tracking number for your parcel. Please note, we have been advised by Royal Mail that all parcels may take up to 28 working days to arrive depending upon Customs Clearance times. Unfortunately, we have been advised by our postal providers that we are unable to claim a parcel as missing until 28 working days after dispatch has passed.

If the product arrives damaged or you change your mind before the product is sent.  Then you will be entitled to a refund. If you are refunded you will need to wait 30 days before placing any new orders. 

Once it has been agree that a refund can take place. The product will need to be packed and sent back to use at the address provided. Once we receive the item, you will be sent your refund. 

While normally we don't sell individual components or models from vehicle kits, we can often make exceptions. Please email us with your request and we will look into if it is possible to sell the item you are after.

We would like to remind our customers that orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check with your local government customs office, prior to placing an order, if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery.  

Blitzkrieg Miniatures does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to goods returned by the customer.
